Jeevanthika Vignes

Jeevanthika Vignes is a graduate student pursuing her Masters in Environmental Science from the University of Texas in San Antonio (UTSA). She holds a Bachelors in Environmental Science with a concentration in conservation and restoration ecology from UTSA as well. During the previous summer, she worked at the Chicago Field Museum as part of the Urban Monarch Pollinator Conservation Program. This internship involved monarch and pollinator conservation through community outreach and creating habitat for threatened species in urban areas. She is passionate about pollinator conservation, community outreach, and sustainability and is working toward a career in species conservation. In her free time, she enjoys bird watching, hiking, reading thriller and horror novels, and making origami flowers.
