Hispanic Access Foundation's Networks

Throughout the year, Hispanic Access Foundation trains, mobilizes, and builds community among Latino leaders around the country. Hispanic Access leverages and elevates the expertise, talent, and passion of our young, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color professional networks to develop a shared narrative around environmental justice, workforce development, health, finance, and immigration. We also ensure that progress includes a holistic focus on impacts on the most vulnerable communities. With a diverse pool of experts, Hispanic Access' leadership networks have been able to form and create substantial contributions to the knowledge, direction, and movement of policy and program work in our expert areas.

Our Goal

  • Actively listen to Latino leaders in order to identify community needs and guide our missional work.
  • Provide learning opportunities for Latino leaders in order to move from the sidelines to the frontlines.
  • Engage Latino leaders around issues and topics that are relevant to their communities.
  • Elevate the voices of Latino leaders through community engagement and action.

Por La Creación Advisory Council (PLC)

Por La Creación is a Faith-based alliance that develops stewards of God’s creation by educating and engaging this generation to leave a legacy for the future. This group educates Latinos and encourages active engagement in supporting the nation’s public lands and protecting our natural resources.

Working with communities, decision-makers, and the media, Por La Creación has a storied record of protecting nature and Latino cultural heritage in multiple states, including the recent protection of Castner Range National Monument in El Paso, Texas.

Conservation Network

The Conservation Network connects, builds, and empowers Latino professionals committed to tackling pressing challenges in land, ocean, and waterways conservation, climate action, and ensuring equitable access to public lands. This group provides guidance to Hispanic Access’s conservation efforts while actively engaging the Latino community in our conservation efforts.

MANO Project Alumni Network

MANO Alumni Network serves to connect, build, and develop thoughtful Latino and other minority leaders who share a passion for serving and strengthening their communities. With MANO, Hispanic Access brokers partnerships with federal agencies and recruits current college students or graduates (ages 18 to 35) across the country to serve in rigorous federal internships and fellowships.
