PATCH: Latino Conservation Week Celebration Coming Up In Hackettstown

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Fishing, a nature discovery walk, science activities, wildlife presentation, learning about insects of the Musconetcong River, how to garden with wildflowers, a park clean-up and other hands-on fun, will be part of the lineup at PEACE NJ's Latino Conservation Week Celebration at Alumni Park on Willow Grove Street in Hackettstown.

 Peace NJ's event in Hackettstown scheduled on Sunday, July 25 from 12 to 4 p.m., will also include a bike safety presentation from Marty's Reliable Cycle and a sustainable farming and healthy eating segment by the Foodshed Alliance.

Latino Conservation Week for 2021 takes place between July 17 and July 25, focusing on Latino roles in helping to improve the environment.
